  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
  • The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused after delivery.

If your return is approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders made by the customer
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself
