We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective. To be eligible for a return:
- The damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
- The product must not be intentionally damaged or misused after delivery.
If your return is approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders made by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself
